The Content Marketing Executive at PNP Digital is responsible for planning, creating, and optimizing content that supports go-to-market (GTM) strategies for multiple B2B, SaaS, and technology clients.
This role goes beyond writing. You will be expected to understand business objectives, translate them into high-impact content, and take ownership of content performance across channels.
Content Planning & Strategy
Translate GTM goals and growth briefs into clear content plans
Build and manage weekly/monthly content calendars across channels
Align content with funnel stages (education → consideration → conversion)
Prioritize content based on impact, not volume
Research & Insights
Research client industries, products, competitors, and target audiences
Identify content opportunities from:
Search intent & keyword data
Market trends & competitor gaps
Sales, product, and customer insights
Turn research into strong angles, outlines, and narratives
Content Creation & Optimization
Write and optimize content across:
SEO blogs & pillar pages
LinkedIn thought leadership content
Landing pages & website copy
Email campaigns & sales enablement assets
Ensure content is:
Clear, structured, and on-brand
SEO-friendly and intent-driven
Designed to educate, qualify, or convert
AI-Native Execution
Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, SurferSEO, etc.) to:
Research faster
Create outlines and first drafts
Improve structure, clarity, and consistency
Apply human judgment to refine, validate, and elevate AI outputs
Performance & Collaboration
Track content performance and improve based on data
Collaborate closely with Growth, SEO, Design, and Tech teams
Content delivered on time, with minimal revisions
Clear improvement in content quality, structure, and impact
Strong understanding of why content exists — not just what to write
Increasing contribution to traffic, leads, or conversion goals
Knowledge & Experience
3-5 years copywriting experience in Content Marketing (agency, B2B, or SaaS is a plus)
Strong understanding of content strategy, SEO, and digital marketing fundamentals
Experience working with multiple stakeholders or projects simultaneously
Technical curiosity – you don't need to code, but you should genuinely want to understand how Tech, Marketing workflows or machine learning models actually work.
Excellent both Vietnamese and English writing skills with flawless grammar and ability to adapt tone for different audiences.
Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills
Basic understanding of content analytics and performance tracking
Good time management and task prioritization
AI & Tools
Experience using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, SurferSEO, etc.) for:
Research
Outlining
Drafting and optimization
Willingness to learn and adapt AI-driven workflows
Work on real B2B & SaaS growth problems (local & international)
Learn GTM, Product Marketing, and AI-powered content systems
