Coordinate Integrated Campaign Development & Execution
Brief and coordinate with strategy, content, digital development, and Tech teams on all client deliverables
Ensure 90% on-time delivery of all project milestones and client commitments
Manage project budgets with <5% variance from approved estimates
Coordinate with external vendors and freelancers while maintaining quality standards and timeline adherence
Document and share client success metrics quarterly to support case study development
Account Planning & Growth
Conduct monthly business reviews with all retainer clients, identifying expansion opportunities
Develop annual account plans for top 5 clients, targeting 30% year-over-year growth
Track and report key client KPIs: lead generation, conversion rates, revenue attribution, and campaign ROI
Identify speaking and thought leadership opportunities for Papers & Pens team members within client networks
Operational Excellence & Reporting
Maintain CRM hygiene with 100% accuracy on all client interactions and pipeline data
Submit weekly pipeline reports and monthly client health assessments
Achieve 95% accuracy on project scoping and budget estimates
Complete monthly client success metric collection and analysis
Document best practices and lessons learned for knowledge sharing across team
REQUIREMENTS:
You've been in B2B sales for 4+ years and understand the difference between selling to someone and solving problems with someone.
Must be highly detail-oriented and experienced in running to a project schedule.
Good client service skills

Good presentation and proposal development skills
Ability to move from analysis to concept and persuasively introduce new ideas
Understanding of deadlines, budget management and deliverables
