Plan, launch, and optimize paid media campaigns (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok).
Manage campaign budgets, performance metrics, and reporting cadence.
Analyze data across the funnel (traffic → leads → conversions) to identify insights and optimization opportunities.
Collaborate with Content, Design, and Tech teams to improve ad creatives, landing pages, and tracking setup.
Build and automate dashboards using Google Data Studio or similar tools.
Test and apply AI/automation tools for bidding, reporting, and creative optimization.
Stay on top of platform changes, algorithm updates, and emerging ad trends.
Experience & Skills
2+ years of experience managing digital ad campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads essential).
Strong analytical mindset — comfortable interpreting data and drawing actionable insights.
Hands-on experience with Google Tag Manager, GA4, and UTM tracking.
Experience running B2B or SaaS campaigns is a strong plus.
Familiarity with AI or automation tools for performance marketing is a bonus.
