About the Role

We’re looking for a Growth Specialist – Enterprise Accounts with expertise in Account-Based Marketing (ABM) and Demand Generation. This role is about becoming a strategic growth partner to our enterprise clients by driving renewals, upsells, and measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Enterprise Account Growth

  • Serve as the strategic partner for enterprise accounts (>$50k+ ARR contracts).

  • Build and own account growth plans to maximise retention and expansion.

  • Conduct quarterly business reviews with C-level stakeholders to track ROI and outcomes.

Account-Based Marketing (ABM)

  • Design and execute 1:1 and 1:few ABM campaigns tailored to key enterprise clients.

  • Collaborate with sales, creative, and content teams to deliver customised experiences for decision-makers.

  • Analyse account intent data and engagement signals to prioritise ABM efforts.

Demand Generation

  • Develop and run multi-channel demand generation programs (content syndication, LinkedIn Ads, webinars, events, email nurture).

  • Partner with sales to ensure marketing-sourced pipeline contribution for enterprise segment.

  • Optimise campaigns across funnel stages (awareness → MQL → SQL → closed-won).

  • Report on key demand gen metrics: CAC, pipeline influence, cost-per-opportunity.

Collaboration & Reporting

  • Partner with the BD team to align acquisition and expansion strategies.

  • Provide leadership with forecasting, pipeline insights, and growth recommendations.

  • Contribute to the agency’s playbooks for ABM and Demand Gen best practices.

Required Expertise & Skills

  • 3–5 years in Enterprise Growth, ABM, Demand Gen, or B2B SaaS marketing.

  • Proven ability to run ABM programs (1:1, 1:few, 1:many) with measurable ROI.

  • Hands-on experience in demand generation channels: paid media, SEO, email marketing, events/webinars.

  • Familiarity with ABM & demand gen tools

  • Strong analytical skills: tracking ROI, CAC, LTV, and campaign attribution.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English & Vietnamese.

  • Strategic thinker who can balance long-term account growth with short-term pipeline goals.
