This is a full-time, on-site role based in our Ho Chi Minh City office, focused on finding new clients, building relationships, and creating growth opportunities.
Identify and connect with potential clients through outreach and networking.

Generate qualified leads monthly through proactive outreach and research
Maintain a consistently full pipeline of opportunities with a target value of 3x quarterly revenue goal
Convert 25% of qualified leads into discovery calls or meetings
Conduct systematic market research to identify high-potential prospects within target industries
Track and report on key performance indicators
Produce weekly pipeline reports with accurate forecasting
Identify conversion bottlenecks and implement improvements to increase effectiveness
Contribute to achieving quarterly and annual revenue targets
Prepare briefing materials for the CEO's sales meetings
Schedule a minimum of 10 high-quality prospect meetings monthly for the CEO
Ensure follow-up completion of all sales meetings
Increase CEO's selling efficiency by 30% through effective support and preparation
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
More than 2 years of experience in business development, sales, or client service roles
Understanding of B2B and SaaS industries and sales processes
Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools
Experience in a professional services environment is advantageous
Interest in technology sector and marketing services
Proven track record of meeting targets in academic or professional settings
Self-motivated with demonstrated ability to work independently while supporting team objectives
Results-oriented mindset with focus on measurable outcomes
Strong analytical skills for market research and data interpretation
