Full-timeCustomer Success Manager

Ho Chi Minh Office, VietnamBusiness Development

🎯 Why this job actually matters

As our Customer Success Manager, you'll be the backbone that keeps everything running while being the face clients trust. Your project management skills ensure we deliver excellence, while your people skills ensure clients feel heard and valued throughout. Without you, we'd have great ideas that never fully materialize. With you, we create work that ships on time, on budget, and exceeds expectations. Every successful project delivery, every happy client, and every renewal will happen largely because you kept everything on track while making the entire process feel effortless to clients.

What you'll actually be doing here

1.Managing Projects That Make Clients Say "Wow":

  • Use your project planning superpowers to create roadmaps clients actually get excited about

  • Set up project tracking systems that give clients confidence without overwhelming them

  • Lead client meetings that feel productive, not like time-wasters

  • Become the person clients trust to make their goals happen on time and on budget

  • Transform project updates into opportunities to strengthen relationships

2.Mastering the Project Backlog and Customer Ticket:

  • Create and manage a ticket system that makes client requests feel effortless (for them, not necessarily for you)

  • Triage incoming requests with the precision of an ER doctor (but with less blood, hopefully)

  • Transform vague client emails into clear, actionable tickets the team can actually work on

  • Track every client request from "help me!" to "problem solved" without dropping any balls

  • Set up processes that turn chaotic request streams into organized workflows

  • Keep clients updated on their ticket status without them having to ask "is it done yet?"

3.Keeping Everything Running Smoothly:

  • Apply your project management skills to juggle multiple client engagements without dropping any balls

  • Create and maintain project schedules that respect both deadlines and our team's sanity

  • Spot resource conflicts, scope issues, and timeline risks before they impact deliverables

  • Implement systems that keep both internal teams and clients on the same page

  • Use your PM toolkit to ensure quality control at every project stage

4.Helping Relationships Grow:

  • Spot natural opportunities to expand projects without being sales-y about it

  • Make renewal conversations feel like obvious next steps, not awkward asks

  • Understand what clients need next before they even realize they need it

  • Share client insights with our team that help us build better stuff

  • Make long-term partnerships feel like the obvious choice

🌟 You'll fit right in if...

You've got the background:

  • 2+ years in project management, delivery, or client-facing operations roles

  • Experience working in agencies, tech companies, or creative services

  • Track record of successfully delivering projects on time and on budget

  • History of managing client expectations while protecting team resources

  • Experience with Agile/Scrum, Ticket management Tool, Project Management Tool

  • Experience turning project plans into actual results people care about

You've got the skills:

  • You communicate like a real human, not a business textbook

  • Your organization system is impressive without being obsessive

  • You're warm and friendly but can set boundaries when needed

  • You're comfortable with project tools but don't make them your personality

  • You can read the room in person, on Zoom, or through a cryptic email

  • You actually care about clients beyond just hitting targets
