At PNP Digital, the Growth Manager leads growth strategies for both the agency and our clients (SaaS /AI Segment) — ensuring every campaign and project delivers measurable impact. You’ll drive client business performance, strengthen retention, and maximize partnership value through data-driven, multi-channel growth initiatives.

This is a strategic, hands-on role at the heart of an integrated agency that combines marketing, creative, and technology to help B2B and SaaS brands grow sustainably.

What You’ll Do:

1.Build growth strategies for each client

  • Research market trends, competitors, and customer segments.

  • Develop and present quarterly or annual Growth Plans.

  • Align client strategies with measurable business outcomes.

  • Expected result: Each client has a clear, feasible, data-backed growth plan.

2.Oversee and optimize campaign performance

  • Monitor paid, organic, social, and email channels.

  • Identify opportunities to improve cost efficiency and ROI.

  • Run regular A/B testing and optimization experiments.

  • Expected result: Campaigns achieve or exceed agreed KPIs.

3.Manage client funnel and conversions

  • Design and manage funnels from awareness → conversion (traffic, leads, demos, sign-ups).

  • Analyze customer behavior to improve conversion and retention.

  • Build nurture flows to guide prospects through the funnel.

  • Expected result: High-performing funnels and improved conversion efficiency.

4. Reporting & strategic consultation

  • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.

  • Provide actionable insights and improvement plans.

  • Join client review calls and strategic sessions.

  • Expected result: Transparent, insight-driven reporting that informs client decisions.

5. Drive client retention

  • Monitor satisfaction and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities.

  • Lead renewal discussions and contract negotiations.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to expand service scope.

  • Expected result: Strong client retention and revenue growth per account.

6. Contribute to PNP Digital’s own marketing strategy

  • Participate in brainstorming and internal growth campaigns.

  • Support case study and marketing material creation.

  • Expected result: Stronger brand positioning and service quality.

What We’re Looking For

Experience & Knowledge

  • 4–5+ years in Growth, Marketing, or Account Management (agency or SaaS).

  • Deep understanding of Digital Marketing, CRM, Funnel Management, and Customer Journey.

  • Proven experience in client-facing and client-retention roles.

Technical Skills

  • Growth planning & execution.

  • Data analysis & campaign optimization.

  • Multi-channel expertise: Paid, Organic, SEO, Social, Email, Product-led Growth.

  • Strong command of CAC, LTV, and ROI metrics.

Leadership & Soft Skills

  • Team leadership and mentoring.

  • Strategic communication and client negotiation.

  • Project management (Agile/SCRUM).

  • Analytical, data-driven, and relentlessly curious.
